Our client is seeking Residential Aides for the Mental Health Adult Population in Warren County. Client's Available HoursOpen availability 3 pm to 11 pm or 11 pm to 9 am
Summary of Client's Description of this Opportunity- Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
- Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
- Assist with and teach independent living skills.
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
- Accompany participants to various community activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensure a healthy living environment for participants.
- Must have Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be CPR/First Aide Certified or willing to become certified.
- Must have current Phys/TB.
- Experience driving a van.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with at-risk adults.
- Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks.
- Prerequisite in preventing abuse and neglect, medication training.
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral health.
- Compensation processed weekly.
