• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
• Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physicians’ orders
• Create and implement treatment plans with short‑ and long‑term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities
• Ensure necessary physician orders for evaluations, treatments, re‑certifications, and discharges are obtained
• Provide treatments using modalities, modifying plans as needed while adhering to precautions
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
