Personal Lines Customer Service Rep

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Rep. The CSA will handle policy processing, data entry, rating, customer and insurer communications, and contribute to cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process policy documents, endorsements, changes, cancellations, and confirmations in EPIC.
• Use insurer portals to obtain quotes, proposals, billing info, and policy documents.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect files within the agency management system.
• Process payments and manage late-payment and cancellation notices.
• Follow agency policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with insurer requirements.
• Provide direct customer service support, including answering phones and assisting with inquiries.
• Escalate issues or irregularities to management as needed.
• Stay current with insurer guidelines and industry requirements.
• Participate in agency or industry training as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior insurance experience preferred;
  Property & Casualty background a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• EPIC agency management system experience (required).
• Strong computer and office software proficiency.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Licensing: Must hold or obtain Property & Casualty Producer License.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 (based on experience).
