Commercial Roof Service Technician

Job Description

GPAC is the nation's largest Roofing Recruiting company and we are actively representing one of the top Commercial Roofing Contractors in the country with this Commercial Roof Service Technician role.

This position will be working in mostly single-ply installation within the service crew. Projects also include metals, built up roofing, and shingles.

A candidate for this position candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• Eight or more years of proven commercial roofing experience with all single-ply, BUR, metal roofing and sheet metal
• Strong knowledge of proper roof repair practices and manufacturer specifications
• Demonstrate proven leadership skills
• Ability to professionally speak with customers and document work performed on electronic device
• Customer-focused mindset
• Capability to coach and teach others on proper repair and customer service techniques
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to provided 24/7 on-call service on assigned days
• Valid driver's license is required
