Security Officer - Perimeter Rover Temple University

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, and parking locations to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and conduct routine checks of doors, gates, and perimeter areas, assisting with visitor directions and general information as needed;
Support campus activities by providing a visible patrol presence during events and peak traffic times, coordinating with site contacts and public emergency services when requested
