Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points and interior areas, assist with visitor direction and/or check-in processes;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation, and communicate updates to supervision per Allied Universal requirements
