Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns per post orders and communicating clearly with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions;
Monitor access points, verify visitor identity and/or credentials per site policy, and document entries, exits, deliveries, and other activity in required logs and systems;
Complete incident reports and routine documentation, report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious conditions, and support a professional environment by providing directions, information, and assistance to employees and visitors
