Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, unauthorized persons, disturbances, and/or medical events.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, building access control, and verification of credentials as required by site procedures.;
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate observations to supervisors and campus partners.
