Security Officer - Temple University Morgan Hall

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to campus faculty, students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, alarms, and access issues, and coordinate with campus partners as directed.;
Monitor access points and check identification and/or visitor credentials as required by post orders, directing individuals to appropriate campus resources.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
