Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting medical and/or law enforcement assistance when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, corridors, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying credentials when required, and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or loitering.;
Complete reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and unusual conditions, and communicate timely updates to site representatives and Allied Universal supervision.
