Security Officer - Temple Bike Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with campus resources and/or first responders as directed;
Support access control activities such as monitoring entry points, verifying identification when required, and directing visitors to appropriate locations in accordance with site procedures;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through detailed reports and communication logs, and notify supervision and/or site contacts of maintenance issues and unusual activity
