Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Navigator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and campus protocols, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access concerns, disputes, medical calls, and other security-related issues until help arrives;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards;
Monitor access points and observe campus activity, reporting suspicious or unusual behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns through required notification and documentation channels;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate clearly with site contacts and public responders, and support security-related drills or special campus events as assigned
