Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, medical situations, alarms, and suspicious activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, residence areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns;
Control access to designated areas by monitoring doors, checking credentials when required, and documenting visitor and/or vendor activity per site procedures;
Complete detailed reports on patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and/or public protection partners as needed
