Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter;
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including evacuations, crowd control, and medical response coordination;
Complete required incident reports, activity logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations to supervisors and site leadership
