Security Officer - Front Desk IBC

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, managing sign-in and sign-out logs, issuing temporary badges and/or access credentials, and supporting basic access control for a financial services location.;
Monitor cameras, alarms and/or other building systems from the front desk and report unusual activity, maintenance issues and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating minor disputes, coordinating with on-site staff, and contacting emergency services when directed.;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, maintain accurate records of visitor activity and key control when applicable, and communicate relevant updates during post handoff.
