Legends - : R [Kitchen Manager] As a Culinary Supervisor at Legends, you'll:
Provide direction to Line Cooks in the set up and preparation of all food items;
Perform replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the Premium Sous Chef;
Set up non-food items for shift and events and high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness;
Input daily event sheets and daily reports.
