Responsibilities:- Start ASAP for ongoing need
- Work Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
- No weekends, no call required
- Utilize your minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
- Maintain an active PA license, DEA, and BLS certification
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
- Active PA license, DEA, BLS certification
- Competitive hourly rate
