Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans
- Conduct physical exams and prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
- Active PA license, DEA, BLS
