ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights Location

This position is located in Pennsylvania.

This is a 13-week contract position.

This role requires a night shift on a full-time, 12-hour schedule.

The ICU Registered Nurse will participate in the care of patients at Women and Families, with potential assignments to various Intensive Care Units (ICUs), step-down units, Intermediate Care Units (IMCU), and Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds/borders. The nurse will assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the guidance of a licensed physician.

• Provide individualized patient care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering care according to established nursing standards and administrative policies.
• Float to all ICUs and step-down units as required, with a patient-to-nurse ratio not exceeding 1:3.
• Adhere to current nursing practices, principles, theories, and methods.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience in ICU or a relevant clinical specialty (Preferred).
• Current PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
• BLS Certification (Required).
