Job Description: PA license required.

• Local accepted at different rate.
• Number of years experience required: 3
• BLS ACLS certifications required
• Scrub Circulate required
• Potential to float to general OR and cardiac
• On Call required: 1-2 days per week 1 weekend per month.
• Holiday Requirement:
  Holiday on call when applicable
• Level I Trauma experience required.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Candidate must be able to scrub circulate for all types of CVOR cases.
• Charting system: Cerner Surginet.
• Scrubs are provided.
• Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 07:00 - 17:30
