Are you a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ready to make a powerful impact in the lives of others? Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center, a 396-bed long-term and short-term care facility, is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time LPNs who are ready to bring their skills, heart, and energy to a team that values YOU.

• Supervise and support CNAs and other staff

• Coordinate and organize daily assignments to meet individualized care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and family members as needed

• Ensure that safety, dignity, and clinical excellence are always at the forefront

• Uphold facility standards, policies, and compliance measures

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

• CPR Certification

• Prior experience in long-term care or subacute setting preferred

• Strong clinical skills and leadership ability

• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to be part of a team that makes a difference
