Clinical Supervisor Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Clinical Supervisor for their Home Health location in the Philadelphia, PA area. An RN is a must. Medicare Home Health management experience is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Clinical Supervisor Job Requirements

• Medicare Home Health management experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Manage clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Train and mentor nurses.
