About Squash Tigers
Squash Tigers was founded in 2022 with the goal of becoming the premier junior squash academy in the United States. Our Princeton location features a state-of-the-art, seven-court facility and has earned a national reputation for excellence in junior player development. We deliver elite, competition-driven training for athletes aged 8 to 18 and continue to grow rapidly, both in size and scope.
We are now seeking a Director of Squash to lead our Princeton operations and help shape the future of American junior squash.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced squash professional. As Director of Squash at our Princeton campus, you will oversee all aspects of player development, coach management, program design, and community engagement. You will work closely with our leadership team to refine training systems, support elite athletes, and uphold the culture of excellence that defines Squash Tigers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the squash program at our Princeton headquarters, including daily training, lesson delivery, and program planning

Design seasonal training plans and tournament schedules for developing and elite players

Manage and mentor a team of coaches and support staff

Build strong relationships with players and families, ensuring clear communication and long-term development planning

Represent Squash Tigers at regional and national events

Collaborate with the executive team on strategic growth initiatives and talent recruitment

What We're Looking For

Extensive coaching experience at the collegiate, national, or international level

A proven track record in junior development and performance coaching

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

A deep understanding of the US junior squash landscape

A team-first attitude and the ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture
