Associate Attorney; Bankruptcy and Restructuring

Position: Associate Attorney (Bankruptcy and Restructuring)
JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice of a premier multi-practice law firm. This role is specifically designed for a high-performing attorney who wants to handle sophisticated Chapter 11 and creditor's rights matters while maintaining a sustainable, long-term lifestyle with only 1600 annual billable hour target.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency-related transactions.
• Represent secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales.
• Navigate complex financial restructuring and related litigation.

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of practice in bankruptcy and creditor's rights.
• Active admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar (required).
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (strongly desired).
