This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level associate seeking hands-on deal exposure and long-term growth within a sophisticated transactional group.

Position:
Transactional Business & Finance Associate Attorney (2-8 Years)

About the Role

This attorney will support a busy business and finance practice, working on a variety of transactional matters including commercial agreements, corporate governance, financing transactions, and general business counseling. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and mentorship from experienced partners.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, operating agreements, and corporate documents
• Assist with business formations, governance, and restructuring matters
• Support finance transactions, including lending and secured transactions
• Perform due diligence and assist with closings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactional matters
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of transactional experience in business, corporate, or finance law
• Experience with commercial contracts and general corporate matters
• Exposure to finance or lending transactions preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Pennsylvania Bar admission required
