We are looking for a professional and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our growing Technical team. As a Technical Account Manager you will own the customer relationship from a Technical perspective. You will be an active member within the customer facing team as well the internal team.
Key responsibilities as a Technical Account Manager will be to:- Take ownership of the internal Natural Work Team (NWT), ensuring effective collaboration and alignment, while building confidence and strong working relationships with external NWTs.
- Manage critical paths to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
- Lead the successful delivery of product launches and improvement initiatives.
- Analyse operational and quality data to identify trends, support root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Act as the primary liaison between site teams and the customer, ensuring consistent, transparent, and solution-focused communication.
- Develop and implement structured processes to manage challenges, ensuring internal alignment and delivering clear, timely resolutions to customers.
- Support the critical path management of product specifications and artwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Engage proactively with site teams to ensure understanding and delivery of customer requirements.
- Have the ability to liaise with the site management teams
- Have experience in HACCP and quality management systems.
- Ensure effective lines of communication are in place within the Technical Department.
- Pro-actively engage the Technical Management team with ideas for development.
- To have a food related degree or equivalent and to have experience in food processing.
