• Develop and monitor activity-specific KPIs to evaluate Medical Affairs activities and resource allocation
• Collaborate with teams to support KPI definition and strategic planning for data analysis
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive business outcomes
• Gather and maintain datasets required for comprehensive analytics
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders to resolve technical or data-related issues

• Advanced degree in life sciences, data analytics, or a similar field
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master’s/MBA with 5+ years of experience
• Proven leadership skills in managing projects and teams
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills

• MBA or other related advanced degrees
• Strong experience (7+ years) in data analytics and dashboard development/reporting
