Summary:

• The Senior Cybersecurity Privileged Access Technical Analyst reports to the Cybersecurity Privileged Access Manager and performs engineering and operations aspects of the Privileged Access Management environment, currently centered around Cyber Ark. Requires technical and hand-on experience with Cyber Ark. Requires Cyber Ark Vault Administrator experience, specifically adding/ removing users, onboarding offboarding credentials, creating reports, troubleshooting. Ability to learn other PAM-related tools and processes in support of job function.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as 'Vault Admin' to onboard accounts into Cyber Ark as defined by Penn Medicine.
• Serves as primary application owner of Venafi for SSL certificate management.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures full operability of Cyber Ark application.
• Executes project tasks related to the PAM discipline at Penn Medicine.
• Champions and promotes the adoption of Cyber Ark across all AD domains
• Understands and gathers business requirements, translates them to technical requirements and designs the solution to meet the tactical and strategic approaches.
• Works with teams/partners to integrate Cyber Ark to expand use cases and features, driving increased value to business and risk reduction to the organization.
• Provides support over Cyber Ark to end users of the application.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Develops, and implements meaningful metrics to measure and improve the efficacy of Cybersecurity IDM capabilities.
• Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization.

Credentials:

• Current Cyber Ark Certification at level 2/Defender or higher. (Preferred)
• Certified Information Systems Security Cert, CISSP. (Preferred)

Education or Equivalent

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree. (Required)
• 5+ years IT experience, with 2+ years within cybersecurity. (Required)
• 2+ years IAM cybersecurity experience. (Required)
• 2+ years Hands-on Cyber Ark experience. (Required)
• 3+ years Healthcare or related experience. (Preferred)
