Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties:

* Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, define project scope, and align delivery with organizational priorities

* Lead project planning and execution activities, including scheduling, milestones, resource coordination, dependency management, and risk tracking

* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and supporting documentation

* Translate complex business needs into structured delivery plans and coordinated execution

* Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status updates, and leadership briefings

* Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment between requirements, design, implementation, and operations

* Support teams operating in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

* Oversee testing readiness, validation activities, and successful transition to operations

* Monitor delivered solutions for adoption, sustainability, and expected value realization

* Track progress against scope, schedule, and budget, proactively addressing risks and constraints

* Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and delivery processes
* Proven experience managing projects end-to-end in cross-functional, operational, or technical environments

* Experience working within structured delivery frameworks such as Agile, hybrid, or waterfall

* Experience supporting initiatives such as process improvement, systems implementation, data initiatives, or enterprise programs

* Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation quality

* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

* Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions, influence stakeholders, and build effective working relationships

* Strong ability to translate business objectives into structured plans, actionable work streams, and clear documentation

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs

Preferred Qualifications:

* PMI Certification (PMP required) CSM preferred

* 5+ years of project management experience

* Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners

* Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and team-based execution models

* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
