Help Desk Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of IT-related issues. This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to service desk tickets, providing effective solutions to address user concerns.

- Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, including user access and permissions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows and Windows 10.

- Provide guidance and support to users experiencing basic IT problems.

- Document and track all support activities to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline IT support.

- Conduct routine system checks to identify and prevent potential issues.

- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with end-users.

- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in Active Directory management and maintenance.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 operating systems.

- Experience in troubleshooting basic IT issues.

- Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
