Oracle HCM Solution Architect

Tentative start date is anywhere between mid-March and mid-April, most probably around end of March.
Experience of more than 10 years is ideal with Oracle Fusion HCM being the primary skill set.
The on-site Oracle HCM Solution Architect is responsible for supporting global solution design and ensuring successful local delivery across Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, and Self Service HR.
Global design will be led by a different consulting vendor. Partner will have 2 on site-architects (one ERP/EPM, one HCM) who will be actively participating in workshops, providing pragmatic feedback, and validating design decisions against client requirements and Oracle best practices.
After design, Partner will be bringing on the full implementation team, mainly based in India. The HCM architect will lead and coordinate offshore delivery teams through configuration, prototyping, and testing while building strong stakeholder relationships within the client s HR organization to drive adoption and confidence in the solution.
