ServiceNow Telecom Developer

We are seeking a Level 9 Service Now Developer to join our Communications, Media & Technology team. In this role, you will act as a technology subject matter expert, designing and configuring Service Now applications that streamline complex processes for global telecom providers.

• Develop and configure Service Now applications (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI) based on architect designs.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within the platform.
• Integrate Service Now with external enterprise systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and web services.
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure performance and functionality.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance while monitoring for performance bottlenecks.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

6+ years of experience with Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules.

Proven experience within the Telecom industry utilizing Service Now SOM or related modules.

Active Service Now Certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).

Expertise in Flow Designer and Service Now integrations.
