Provide second level support for end users (corporate, ship center, field, consultants).;
Manage tickets in an enterprise system such as Service Now, including follow-up actions and closing issues.;
Imaging and advanced troubleshooting for endpoints (laptops, desktops, kiosks, mobiles/tablets).;
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Executives and VIP users.;
Provide conference room support and coordinate with Systems/Networking teams as needed.
