Senior Manager, Customer Success

• Manage a team of Solution Success Managers, overseeing their performance and development
• Conduct quarterly reviews of customer accounts to assess risk status and value realization plans
  
  Facilitate coaching sessions and enablement on Value Realization processes for team members
• Monitor and address risks within customer accounts, ensuring timely resolutions
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to align on processes and priorities

• Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a customer success environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers and driving value realization
• Ability to engage with senior leaders within customer accounts

• Experience in SaaS or technology services industries
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and dashboards
• Previous experience in portfolio management or account strategy
• Certification in relevant methodologies or frameworks related to customer success
• Strong analytical skills for assessing account performance and risks
