We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health to join our healthcare team.
Location/Territory:
- West Philadelphia
- Zip Codes: 19131 and 19151
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 40 Hours Per Week
Requirements:
- Must have OASIS Experience with in the last year
- 2+ Years of Home Health RN
- Licensed in PA
Responsibilities
- 5-6 Patients Per Day
- Start and end of care
- Wound Care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Palliative Care
Pay:
- $65 Per Hour
