Role Overview
* Schedule:
5 a week within Monday to Friday
* Start off at 10ppd and grow to 15ppd
* Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
* Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients
* Commute to 1 post-acute care facility per day within the Philadelphia Region
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
* Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
* Prescribe and manage medications
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
* Hold a valid full PMHNP license
* Active NY license
* Active DEA preferred but not required
* Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not require
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $107,848 - $127,418 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
