Responsibilities
Clerical
- Scan system documents and organize them in the correct SharePoint folders.
- Enter serial numbers into SAP.
Planning
- Pull exception reports for OOB orders from SAP.
- Update the Master Log.
- Run Kanban dashboard reports.
Manufacturing Engineering
- Review and update standardized routings.
- Plan and execute material releases for all projects, with emphasis on complex builds.
- Develop a material storage and flow strategy.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve assembly‑related processes.
- Implement selected improvements within the 2–3‑month assignment window.
- Must be a Junior or Senior Engineering student at an accredited college or university.
- Good analytical and creative problem‑solving skills to develop solutions to exceptional problems outside the box.
- Self‑motivated, independent, flexible, organized, and methodical.
