• Project Scope: The individual will oversee capital improvement and maintenance projects focused on mechanical and electrical systems within our facilities. These would be included but not limited to Security Gate replacement, Odorant Injection at and M&R Station. They will lead conceptual design development and coordinate with external consultants for detailed drafting and engineering work.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution from concept through completion.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Required Skill Sets:
  • Strong project management expertise with technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to interpret conceptual designs and collaborate effectively with engineering consultants.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years managing industrial or utility projects involving both mechanical and electrical components.
  • Exposure to gas utility or energy sector projects is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
