Drexel Co-Op - Field Operations

Overview

This position will assist current employees with daily duties in the Field Operations Department.

Responsibilities

* Assist the Planning, Engineering, and Construction Section with various reporting and tracking methods designed to support departmental programs;

* Assist with Project design;

* Assist in reviewing and provide input regarding current recommended procedures and Distribution Standards;

* Assist in research and development of instruction manuals outlining directives and equipment usage for projects.

* Assist in documenting current Safety Procedures;

* Assist in reviewing accident/claim reports;

* Assist Superintendent of Training/Safety with special projects and assignments.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Safety Science, or Occupational Safety,

* Must have verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office;

* Must have organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and usually under short deadlines.
