Provides support for School, University and external roles for Associate Dean for Academic Programs. Provides executive level administrative support for the Associate Dean for Academic Programs. Prepares presentations and publications for the Associate Dean for Academic Programs.

* Prepare presentations and publications for the Associate Dean for Academic Programs
* Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with progressively responsible administrative experience working at the executive level required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills needed. Strong oral and written communication skills essential. The successful candidate will possess exceptionally sound judgment, be highly organized, a systems thinker, and have both a results orientation and a service orientation.
The position requires strong initiative with the capacity to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters. Intermediate to advanced level skills with all basic software applications, academic tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Redcap), and social media savvy required. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities. Knowledge of University policies and procedures desired.
