About the Clinician's Workday  The position requires Pennsylvania medical licensure with board certification or board eligibility considered. Clinicians will handle general bread and butter urology cases across clinic, inpatient, and OR settings during day shifts with 24-hour call coverage. The facility maintains low callback volume with typically 1-3 patients requiring attention during call periods. Emergency privileges can be granted to qualified candidates.
