Customer Experience Associate; Onsite

We're growing and looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Experience / Sales team.

• Assist customers via phone and email

• Provide accurate order support

• Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery

• Complete time-sensitive follow-ups

• Serve as an advocate for customers by resolving complex or escalated issues with thoughtful, customer-focused solutions

• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and internal teams to ensure product issues are resolved efficiently

• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people

• Confident communicator

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment

• Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve independently

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Strong computer proficiency — comfortable navigating multiple systems at once

• CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

• Typing speed of 60+ WPM
