A bit about us:

We are looking for a Construction Project Executive for our Philadelphia office with experience in general commercial construction or large multifamily projects. Experience should be on projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations. We are looking for individuals that are looking to grow with our company and provide leadership. Job Details

• 10+ years of experience
• Well versed in Procore of similar construction software
• Experience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams
• Ability to perform annual reviews and train and improve management staff
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
• Reporting regularly on job progress to client and stakeholders
• Work along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
