Description

We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. The Front Desk Coordinator role is a contract position, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk activities and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

What you get to do every single day:

- Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.

- Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering and directing inbound calls efficiently.

- Coordinate concierge services to meet client and customer needs.

- Handle receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Provide accurate information to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Collaborate with team members to support office operations.

- Monitor and maintain office supplies for the front desk.

- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Front Desk Coordinator position include and are not limited to:

- Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.

- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with concierge services is a plus.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.

- Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach in all interactions.
