Full‑time RN Team Director position at Accent Care in Hospice. This role leads the nursing team, ensures quality patient care, and oversees administrative duties.

- Associate degree preferred
- Certified Hospice Nurse
PN) preferred - Three+ years’ experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population‑specific nursing (i.e., geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role (preferred)
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
- Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which the program provides services
- Supervise direct patient and family care team members, in collaboration with program site leadership
- Responsible for scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties
- Ensure all initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time frames, including documentation submissions
- Oversee and support the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) in development, implementation, and review of the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family
- Collaborate with program site leadership to monitor, manage, and mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation per related policies and protocols
- Participate in and promote bedside efforts to reinforce case‑management skills, knowledge, and attitude per protocol for all disciplines
- Collaborate with site leadership to support staff education efforts
- Facilitate IDG meetings and provide ongoing IDG support such as triaging incoming calls, providing caller support and assistance, and performing quality calls
- Participate in or lead quality‑improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as needed
- Reinforce and support all internal and external communications
