The Citizens Bank is currently seeking a Computer Specialist/Technician. Position:
Computer Specialist/Technician.

Location:

Philadelphia, MS.

Hours:

Typically 7:00 – 5:00 Monday thru Friday, Some After Hours Work;
Occasional Saturday Work.

Essential Duties
  • Assist employees with problems related to computers, applications, systems, devices, access and hardware problems.
  • Follow‑up and update employees on status and information regarding issues/problems.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Set up hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
  • Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices.
  • Perform regular hardware upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
  • Reset and/or change passwords for users.
  • File and maintain contracts, maintenance agreements and licenses.
  • Set up and/or delete employees on bank systems.
  • Offer timely technical support and train end users on equipment utilization.
  • Perform all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
The Right Person
  • 1–3 years’ experience in hardware/software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • AA Degree or higher in Information Technology or similar field.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge/use of Microsoft Office products.
  • May require some travel across branch network.
  • May require some travel and lifting of more than 25 lbs.
