Pay:
Starts out at $12/hour and is based off experience.

Schedule:

Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Location:

Phenix City, AL & Columbus, GA (travel between sites required).

We are seeking a reliable Pool Cleaner / Aquatics Technician to service and maintain residential and commercial pools in the Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA areas. This role involves routine pool cleaning, basic maintenance, and ensuring water quality meets safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

• Clean and maintain pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets
• Test water chemistry and add appropriate chemicals to maintain proper balance
• Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and report any issues
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed
• Ensure all work areas remain clean and safe
• Provide professional customer service while on site
• Travel between assigned locations daily
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Previous pool cleaning or maintenance experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be dependable with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Working in outdoor environments for extended periods
