* Job Purpose:

**  - To maintain and repair equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operational performance.

* Key Responsibilities:

**  - Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.  - Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in equipment and systems, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.  - Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing critical issues and minimizing disruptions to operations.  - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and labor hours.  

- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.  - Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to coordinate repairs and ensure efficient workflow.  - Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.  - Stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies through continuous learning and training.  - May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

** Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.## Qualifications
** Required

Education:

**  - High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)

* Required Experience:

**  - Two (2) years of experience in building maintenance or a related field  

- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry  

- Experience with general building maintenance and repairs

Skills and Abilities:

**  - Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems  - Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively  - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills                                                                                                                                                                                  - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred  - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  - Valid driver's license
