Make a difference as a CDBG ManagerAs the CDBG Manager for the City of Pharr, you will play a pivotal role in the successful administration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Your responsibilities will encompass professional management, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight to ensure the program adheres to all applicable federal regulations, including 24 CFR Part 570 and 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance). You will be tasked with strategic planning, implementation, and performance monitoring to effectively address community needs while promoting adherence to Fair Housing laws and related HUD guidance.
