Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in providing comprehensive pediatric care.
Hours of Operation- Monday — Friday: 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM

40 hours per week (rotating shifts within hours of operation)
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience with EMR systems such as EMDs/CGM, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions, performing physical examinations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes for our young patients.
Duties- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical histories
- Manage acute pain, airway management, ventilator support, and emergency interventions as needed
- Utilize EMR systems such as EMDs for documentation and data management
- Coordinate diagnostic evaluations including medical imaging, laboratory tests, and radiation therapy referrals
- Provide education on health coaching, nutrition, family planning, and disease prevention strategies
- Assist with discharge planning and post-acute care coordination for pediatric patients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records according to NCQA standards
- Valid certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with pediatric specialization preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
- Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with compassionate communication abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining detailed medical records
